How do you forgive yourself?

The other day we embarked on a self-forgiveness walking meditation.

It was Day 5 in our retreat, and we have been steeped in yoga,
mindfulness, health eating and heaps and heaps of self-care.

We’re all looking shinier and more radiant, no doubt…

BUT at the heart of it all is that everyone’s tapping into a place
of real self-acceptance inside.

This only happens when we forgive ourselves. Once we forgive
we can start to appreciate and enjoy.
