How to Get Your Goddess Year On!

Hello sisters!

I wanted to wish you all a very happy Chinese & Tibetan New

Year and also a sweet Valentine’s Day.

Also, I know how hard it can be to stay on track with

your goals and dreams. There’s so many distractions

and things that can get in your way on a daily basis!

So…I wanted to share with you one fun (and pretty) way I’ve

found to stay inspired and on track with manifesting

my heart’s desires.

I’ll tell you all about it here:

As I mentioned in the video, one fun activity from The Goddess

Guidebook is to create your “Goddess Habits” for the New Year.

Here’s a list of mine:

1. Meditate at least 30 minutes every day.

2. Move my body for at least 45 minutes 6 days/week.

3. Drink lots and lots of water.

4. Dress my body and my living space beautifully and elegantly to

honor the goddess that I am.

5. Check e-mail no more than 2 times/day so that I have more time

to focus on manifesting my dreams. Which, this year means writing

my book!

6. Give thanks before I eat, when I wake up in the morning, and generally

whenever I can!

7.  Say “I love you” as often as I can.

8. Take one day off each week to rest, play, or generally do whatever I want.

9. Smile as often as possible.

10. Do one thing a day that’s “out of character” and  makes me grow.

Please share your own top ten goddess habits below,

and for more great exercises like this, do check out

the goddess workbook!

With love and happiness,

Sara
