Hi Erin,

Yes, good questions! Dulse is a kind of seaweed that's nice to sprinkle on food, and tamari is similar to soy sauce, but healthier, as is Bragg's. None of these are too expensive--Trader Joes doesn't carry them, but Whole Foods does.

Blessings,

Sara

Hey Sara,

This sounds delicious but I have to admit there are a couple of ingredients I've never heard of:

"dulse flakes, and tamari or Bragg’s liquid amino acids"

Where would you suggest shopping for most of this stuff. Would Whole Foods have it? Or would a less expensive option like Trader Joe's?

Thanks,
Erin
