No Time for a Getaway to Paradise? Join Me for an At-Home SHE Retreat.

The feminine is undoubtedly rising. In women’s marches and in businesses and in our hearts.

But … how can we truly serve this, tap into this, embody this luscious, nurturing force ….when, often times, our everyday lives feel so very chaotic and uncertain?

And … where do we stuff this feminine strength when we’re clicking through our inboxes, surrounded by gluten-free cookie crumbs, ignoring yet another reminder to meditate because we’ve got a deadline?

What does taking exquisitely good care of ourselves actually mean, in the utterly messy and demanding lives we lead? Surely it’s not about beating ourselves up when we sleep in instead of doing morning yoga. But … there’s something to be said for sticking up for what matters most, right?

As women, we often take care of everyone else before ourselves. Our clients, our children, our partners, our sisters, our neighbors.

The answer isn’t giving up on our self-care practices. And it’s also not jetting away to paradise for a month-long meditation retreat.

(OK, that second one sounds great … but most of us don’t have that kind of time. Or money.)

If we want to bring our best selves to our daily lives … we MUST learn to carve out small, meaningful spaces for silence, spiritual practice, and self-care, right in the thick of our daily lives.

One sacred moment in the morning, on the edge of the bed, to put our mind in our hearts before the kids and our Facebook feed whisk us away.

A tiny pause before eating to connect to gratitude.

An hour each weekend for a walk in nature.

This is how we reconnect with The Feminine and bring Her wisdom into our lives. With regular, rhythmic returns to our inner world.

Back to silence.

Back to what matters most.

Back to our bodies. To our pleasure.

To our hearts.

To our SHE.

That’s why I’m excited to share with you …

9-12 PDT/12-3 EDT/5-8 GMT

Let me come to you in this special, virtual event. Drop into the exquisite refuge of these ancient wisdom practices for body, heart, and mind… from the comfort of your own home.

(PJ’s are just fine.)

I’ve been offering online, video retreats for the past several years in The SHE School, and all of my online programs. But I’ve never offered a single, stand alone video retreat.

Making time for regular retreats is what keeps me– and the thousands of women who have partaken in these retreats both live and in-person– sane, grounded, and growing.

In this special, virtual event, you’ll experience the framework I use at all my retreats (and in my personal practice) including:

  • SHE Dharma talk – Hear my wisdom teachings on holding steady in uncertain times
  • Women’s yin and flow yoga – Gentle, pleasurable practice for all levels
  • Silent meditation – Go deeper than your worries
  • Guided self-inquiry – So you can emerge more clear, coherent, and self-loving
  • Women’s circle practices – Feel the power and support of feminine community

I feel called now more than ever to make feminine spiritual practice as accessible, affordable, and do-able as possible.

Because small doses of silence, spiritual practice, and self-care are profoundly powerful.

This is how the soft revolution happens.

This is how we return to ourselves.

This is how The Feminine rises.

Because remember: retreats aren’t a luxury. They’re an essential form of self-care. (And a quiet act of rebellion.)

Hello, beautiful. I’m Sara: a teacher of feminine spiritual and empowerment, author, and founder of The Way of the Happy Woman. I’m also the leader of The SHE School and the SHE Yoga & Meditation Teacher Training. Here’s the truth: I don’t want to be your guru. But I am wholeheartedly devoted to guiding women back to their own, inner wisdom, through feminine spiritual practices, yoga, meditation, and a whole lotta love (and guts). This work is my truest calling and greatest joy. I’m so happy to have the chance to share it with you.
